Return Policy
Customers may return the product within 1 day from the date of receipt, with no reason required. To qualify for a valid return, the item must be unused and uninstalled, kept in its original brand-new condition without any damage or scratches. It should also be returned with the complete original packaging, all included accessories, user manuals, and any bundled gifts, together with valid proof of purchase such as an invoice or receipt.
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged by misuse, negligence or improper handling. Items with missing original packaging or accessories are also non-returnable. Additionally, clearance goods, customized products and hygiene-sensitive items marked as non-returnable are excluded from this return policy.

Orders are processed within 1 business day upon confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping is available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions or peak order seasons.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days for destinations in Java, and 3–7 business days for areas outside Java. Please note this is only an estimate and subject to change based on the courier service and specific delivery location.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be provided during certain promotions or special campaigns.
