Customers may return the product within 1 day from the date of receipt, with no reason required. To qualify for a valid return, the item must be unused and uninstalled, kept in its original brand-new condition without any damage or scratches. It should also be returned with the complete original packaging, all included accessories, user manuals, and any bundled gifts, together with valid proof of purchase such as an invoice or receipt.
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged by misuse, negligence or improper handling. Items with missing original packaging or accessories are also non-returnable.
