Due to the unique Hall effect triggering mechanism of the magnetic switch, the K736 PRO requires a dedicated PC (Windows) driver to fully unlock its potential. Therefore, the magnetic switch is not compatible with Mac and non-PC platforms like PS5 and NS. If you do not intend to use magnetic switch feature, you can get a KB converter (not recommended, fairness makes the game enjoyable).
Return Policy
Customers may return the product within 1 day from the date of receipt, with no reason required. To qualify for a valid return, the item must be unused and uninstalled, kept in its original brand-new condition without any damage or scratches. It should also be returned with the complete original packaging, all included accessories, user manuals, and any bundled gifts, together with valid proof of purchase such as an invoice or receipt.
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged by misuse, negligence or improper handling. Items with missing original packaging or accessories are also non-returnable. Additionally, clearance goods, customized products and hygiene-sensitive items marked as non-returnable are excluded from this return policy.
